Cambridge Plumbing is a plumbing products supplier based in Kirksville, Missouri, that specializes in bathtubs, vanities, faucets, sinks, and related fixtures for residential customers. 

Wanting to better control energy expenses, Cambridge Plumbing turned to Artisun Solar to design and install a 42-panel rooftop solar system.

The system, sized at 14.52 kW DC, offsets 83% of Cambridge Plumbing’s energy needs and saves more than $1,500 annually in electricity costs. Over the lifetime of the system, the total project electricity savings are over $65,000.  

By utilizing available incentives, the company achieved a payback period of less than 2 years.
