Anytime Fitness is a fitness facility known nationwide for operating facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The round-the-clock schedule means ongoing energy demands from lighting, HVAC, tanning beds, and cardio equipment.
One of its locally-owned franchises located in Paragould, Arkansas, turned to Artisun Solar to help offset those energy costs.
Based on the facility’s structure and energy usage, Artisun Solar developed, engineered, and installed a custom-designed 161-panel (73.3 kW DC) system that’s expected to save nearly $6,500 annually in electricity costs.
The system was a win for this Anytime Fitness with an ROI of 2.2 years and projected lifetime electricity saves surpassing $280,000.
