Computer St. Louis Invests in Its Future With Solar

Computer St. Louis’ mission is to help small businesses thrive with dedicated IT solutions and support. This is a company that regularly handles tricky tech issues on behalf of its clients, but their decision to install a new solar system to serve both of its office locations was relatively straightforward. Switching to solar allowed Computer St. Louis to save money, minimize their environmental footprint, and maintain its ability to serve its customers well into the future.

At the company’s Fenton, MO office, the new system is projected to yield a lifetime savings of $326,890 and produce the environmental equivalent of 23,732.8 tree seedlings. The new solar array modules installed at its Kansas City office are expected to deliver even greater value and a positive environmental impact with $461,692 in projected lifetime energy savings and 2,607.3 metric tons of CO2 estimated to be offset.

“The experience has been great, and very turnkey,” said Computer St. Louis’ Seth Russell when asked about working with Artisun Solar. Russell says that the solar savings will be reinvested in the company “rather than just sending money to the electric company.”

With inflation and other financial pressures continuing to squeeze small businesses and their customers alike, solar energy systems are a great way to care for the environment and your company’s bottom line at the same time.
